The following sections contain detailed
information relating to the proper operat-
ing characteristics of the major components
and
systems in the engine. In-
cluded are disassembly, rework and reas-
sembly instructions for the guidance of
suitably equipped and staffed marine engine
service and rebuilding facilities. The
necessary procedures should be undertaken
only by such facilities.
Additional operating characteristics are
included in the Operation Section of this
manual.
Any replacements should be made only with
genuine Westerbeke parts.
