Why won't my Westinghouse WH3250 start?

If your Westinghouse Portable Generator won't start or stay running, several factors could be at play. First, ensure the fuel shutoff valve is in the ON position. Check the gasoline level and add fuel if needed. Inspect and clean fuel delivery passages if there's a fuel flow obstruction. If the unit is overchoked, move the choke lever halfway between the ON and OFF positions. For electric start models, check the battery output and charge if necessary. Also, check and clean the air filter. Ensure the oil level is adequate. Firmly push down on the spark plug boot to fully engage it. Inspect the spark plug and replace if faulty. Check and clean the spark arrestor. If the fuel is stale, drain it and replace it with fresh fuel.
