      The Whale Heater may overheat if the air ducts and vents are blocked or restricted. To resolve this, check that the air ducts and vents are not blocked. It's also recommended to wait 5 to 10 minutes for the heater to cool down before clearing the lockout.

    How to fix a 'No Flame Detected' error in my Whale Heater?

      If the Whale Heater displays a 'No Flame Detected' error, first, ensure that there is sufficient gas in the bottle and no blockages in the gas line. If the temperature is below +5°C, make sure you are using propane. Then, clear the lockout.

    Why does my Whale Heater show a Low/High Supply Voltage error?

      If your Whale Heater shows a low or high supply voltage error, the minimum operating voltage is 10V, and the maximum is 15V, measured at the heater. Check the battery voltage. If it's between 10V and 15V, inspect the connections between the heater and the battery. Also, check the alternator or external battery charging. Finally, clear the lockout.
