1) Check the programme on the energy data plate.
Important:
If a fault occurs or you wish to change the current programme, press
the “START” button for about 5 seconds until the Start indicator lamp
switches off ! Refer to the “Troubleshooting guide” in these user
instructions to remedy any problems.
Sometimes even when the regeneration salt container is full, the
corresponding indicator lamp may illuminate during the first wash
cycle.
Switch off the dishwasher once the “Start” indicator lamp has
switched off.
If you switch off the dishwasher during a wash cycle, when switched
on again the dishwasher resumes the cycle from where it was
interrupted.
Start button indicator lamp:
Switches “on” when the dishwasher is
operating.
Flashes when a fault occurs.
Switches off at the end of the programme.

Usage Features (Loading Instructions):

  • General Loading Principles:
    • Turn on the tap.
    • Arrange crockery so items do not touch each other.
    • Ensure water jets can reach all loaded items and spray arms turn freely.
    • Fill detergent dispenser and check salt and rinse aid levels.
    • Close the dishwasher door.
  • Crockery: Load crockery upside down on the racks.
  • Cutlery:
    • Can be placed unsorted in the cutlery basket with handles downwards.
    • For sharp knives and forks, cutlery can also be placed with handles upwards to avoid injury.
    • The cutlery basket can be removed to increase available space.
  • Cups: Load at an angle to facilitate water circulation.
  • Silver Cutlery: Hand wash immediately after use. Follow detergent manufacturer's directions.
  • Crockery Holder (Upper Rack):
    • Down position: for cups and long-stemmed glasses.
    • Up position: for plates.
  • Cutlery Holder for Long Utensils:
    • Up position: for glass holder (gently lift up and release).
    • Down position: for large cutlery (gently lift up).
    • Place knives with blades facing downwards.
  • Glass Holder: Can be moved sideways. Down for short glasses, up for long-stemmed glasses.
  • Height Adjustment (Upper Rack): The upper rack height can be adjusted even when loaded.
    • To lower: pull out the two side handles and gently lower the rack.
    • To raise: pull up the two side handles until the rack clicks into place.
    • The rack must be level on both sides.
  • Plate Holders (Lower Rack): Can be removed to increase available space. Pull the handle up to remove, insert in the required position (normal or crosswise) to reposition.
  • Half Load Loading:
    • Upper Rack: Load the upper rack only. Cutlery baskets may be inserted or removed as required. Remove cutlery baskets from the lower rack.
    • Lower Rack: Load the lower rack only for greater washing power for plates and saucepans. Cutlery baskets may be inserted or removed as required.

  • Salt and Rinse Aid Levels: Regularly check and refill salt and rinse aid as indicated by the respective lamps.
  • General Care:
    • Only load dishwasher-proof crockery and cooking utensils.
    • Be aware that certain wooden and aluminium articles may discolour.
