Small items may be caught in the pump or between the basket and tub, so empty pockets and use garment bags for small items. Also, the washer may be overloaded, so use a cycle with a high spin speed. Ensure the plumbing has correct drain hose installation and that you are using only HE detergent, because wrong or too much detergent can cause excessive suds, slowing down the draining and spinning. To remove extra suds, select the DRAIN & SPIN cycle.
