See if a household fuse has blown or a circuit breaker has tripped. Replace the fuse or reset the breaker. Check “Electrical Requirements”. 3. Ensure you've pressed the On/Off button. 4. There might be a local power outage; wait for the power to be restored. 5. Confirm that you're using the correct time-delay fuse or circuit breaker. Replace it if needed.
