See if a household fuse has blown or a circuit breaker has tripped. Replace the fuse or reset the breaker. Check “Electrical Requirements”. 3. Ensure you've pressed the On/Off button. 4. There might be a local power outage; wait for the power to be restored. 5. Confirm that you're using the correct time-delay fuse or circuit breaker. Replace it if needed. See “Electrical Requirements”.

  If your Whirlpool Air Conditioner is blowing fuses or tripping circuit breakers, it could be due to several reasons: * Too many appliances might be running on the same circuit. Try unplugging or moving some appliances to another circuit. * You might be attempting to restart the unit too quickly after turning it off. Allow at least 3 minutes before restarting. * If you have recently changed modes, wait at least 3 minutes after turning off the air conditioner before attempting to restart it.
