Check the floor for flexing or sagging. For uneven flooring, placing a ¾" (19 mm) piece of plywood underneath can help. Avoid raised wooden platforms. * The load could be unbalanced or too large. Avoid tightly packing the load and washing single items. Balance single items like rugs with a few extra items. * Shipping bolts may still be installed. Refer to 'Remove transport bolts from washer' in the Installation Instructions.
