Make sure to empty pockets and use garment bags for small items. Also, cycles with lower spin speeds remove less water than cycles with high spin speeds. Tightly packed or unbalanced loads may also prevent proper spinning. Check the drain hose installation, ensuring it doesn't extend too far into the standpipe (farther than 4.5"). Ensure you are using only HE detergent and following the detergent directions for your load. Excess suds can slow or stop draining and spinning. To remove extra suds, select Rinse & Spin without adding detergent.
