If the load is unbalanced, remove several items and rearrange the load evenly in the washer drum.

Lower the drain hose if the end is higher than 96" (2.4 m) above the floor. Finally, ensure you are using only HE detergent and measuring it correctly based on load size and soil level.

This is normal for an HE front load washer. The washer senses load sizes and adds the correct amount of water for optimal cleaning.
