Overload Detection
If the Globe becomes jammed or overloaded when rotating counter-clockwise, the
Motor will stop and the Globe will return to the Home position. The Control Panel will
flash blue then red lights.
If the Globe becomes jammed or overloaded when rotating clockwise, the Motor will
stop and reverse for 5 seconds. The unit will start to cycle again after 15 seconds,
to attempt to return to the Home position. If the Globe is unable to reach the Home
position after three attempts, the Globe will stop and the Control Panel will flash yellow
then red lights.
If the Globe is able to reach the Home position after a jam or overload condition, the
Control Panel will still flash the corresponding error code. The unit will continue to
function in Automatic Mode.
If the Control Panel is indicating a jammed or overloaded error, turn the unit off and
remove the Bonnet and the Globe. Check for gear/motor obstruction. Reassemble
the unit and verify proper litter level. Power the unit on and let it cycle. If the problem
persists, contact Customer Experience.
