one
width
of
zigzag
stitching,
set
zigzag
stitch
width
lever
at
the
chosen
stitch
width
and
lock
in
position
with
zigzag
stitch
width
locks

you
wish
to
move
freely
between
any
two
widths,
such
as
in
doing
free-hand
embroidery
or
buttonholes,
set
left
hand
zigzag
width
lock
at
selected
number
and
right
hand
ck
at
number
5
or
lower.
The

width
will
be
produced
until
the
zigzag
lever
(20,

12-B)
is
moved.
EMBROIDERY
PATTERNS
With
the
machine
set
for
a
short
stitch
length,
different
designs
can
be
made
by
swinging
the
stitch
width
or
zigzag
lever
back
and
forth
between
0
and
5
or
any
other
combination
of
widths.
Try
setting
the
locks
at
1
and
5,
2
and
4,
etc.
Set
a
rhythm
for
yourself
and
then
proceed.
After
a
while
you
will
become
quite
skillful,
varying
your
designs
by
the
speed
of
te
machine,
stitch
length
and
width
and
the
manipulation
of
the
lever.
