The WHOOP Sleep Coach allows you to
plan your bedtime around the amount of
sleep you need. Select whether you’d like
tomorrow’s performance to allow you to
Peak, Perform, or simply Get By. Then select
what time you need to wake up.
The WHOOP Sleep Coach will calculate
your Suggested Time to Bed based on your
Sleep Need and how much Time in Bed you
would need to reach that Sleep Need.
