Replacing the Brush Roller and/or Belt
These are general maintenance guidelines.
Please consult your owner’s manual prior to performing any repairs or maintenance on this machine.
**Before you begin: Turn the machine off and unplug it.
9. Using a at tip
screwdriver, slide
the belt off the
pulley.
10. Using a Phillips
screwdriver,
remove the 2
screws from the
brush roll cover.
11. Push the left
bearing block up
from the bottom of
the base.
12. The belt can
now be removed
from the base.
13. When
installing the new
belt, place one
end of the belt on
the motor pulley
and the other end
on the left bearing
block. Pull the vac
bumper out a little
to push the left
bearing block in
place.
14. Reverse steps
to reassemble the
machine.
