5.2 Troubleshooting
Fault:
Possible cause:
Solution:
The DPS does not
react when the
hand control
LEFT/RIGHT are
used.
Batteries are not
charged or defective.
Charge the Luna ceiling hoist as described in
Luna user manual
The emergency stop is
activated on the Luna
and the red light is on.
Deactivate emergency stop. Press “R” button
on the hand control for 5 seconds.
The DC cable is not
properly connected.
Attach DC cable as seen in 2.1.
Check that the DC cable going into the actuator
is connected.
Defective hand control.
Check if up/down buttons on the hand control
works. If not try a different hand control or
order a new from the dealer or Winncare
Nordic.
Defective Luna
Check the chapter “troubleshooting” in the
Luna user manual.
