The Winterhalter Gastronom dish/utensils washing machine GSR 36 / GSR 36 E serves for
cleaning of dishes of any kind which are used in the gastronomy. The machine may only be
used for this purpose and has to be operated according to the operating instructions.
Any changement of the application and execution of the machine which is carried out without
our written agreement exempts us from guarantee and product liability.
2. Safety instructions for the operator
You can operate this machine without danger if you observe the following indications:
· Only work with this machine if you have been instructed on the handling and the operati-
on.
· Operate the machine only as described in these operating instructions.
· Do not make any changements, modifications or attachments at the machine without the
agreement of the manufacturer.
· Only use original fuses with the required current voltage.
· Do not open panels or machine parts if you need a tool for this.
· When handling detergent and rinse aid take notice of the danger indications printed onto
the respective packings.
· During works which have to be done in the tank inside while the machine is in condition of
operation or when putting it out of operation daily, do wear protective gloves.
· When cleaning please note that the machine is not splash water protected. Do not wash
down with a high pressure cleaner or a steam jet blower.
· In case of failure, for which the reason is not the water or current inlet on site, immedia-
tely call the Winterhalter after-sales-service.
