Minimum Requirements
Internet Access
A personal home Wi-Fi router connected to the Internet is required to set up
your Withings Thermo if you set it up in Wi-Fi.
Your Wi-Fi router must be 802.11. b/g/n/ on a 2.4 GHz frequency. 5 GHz networks
are not supported. For more details about Wi-Fi router compatibility, refer to “Specications”
on page52.
Smartphone or Device
An iOS or Android device (with operational Bluetooth and Wi-Fi or 3G/4G) is required to:
• Download the Withings Thermo app
• Set up your Withings Thermo
• Access your data
• Get personalized advice

OS version
You need iOS 8 (or higher) or Android 5.0 (or higher) to install and run the Withings Thermo
app.
