Do not pull or push the wok across the cooktop,
as this may scratch the glass ceramic hob.
Keep the cooking area clean, as residue between
the base of the frying pan and the cooking area
can scratch the glass ceramic surface.
Information on gas hobs
Adjust the gas flame so that it matches the diame

ter of the wok base.
Make sure that the flames do not come up the
sides of the wok.
