• Always place the hot wok on heat-resistant
surfaces (never on synthetic material).
• Do not touch the surface of the hob immedi

ately after frying. This also applies to induction
hobs. The cooking area gets hot due to the
recovered heat of the base.
• Do not extinguish burning fat with water. Use a
blanket or fire extinguisher.
Instructions for use
• Remove all stickers before using for the first
time.
• Fill the wok 2/3 with water, add 2-3 tablespoons
of vinegar and then boil the vinegar solution for
5-10 minutes.
• Rinse all the parts thoroughly by hand and
carefully dry the wok.
• Use the highest heat setting for heating up only.
Turn the heat down in good time and cook food
over a medium heat.
• Never heat an empty pan and ensure that the
liquid of the cooked food never completely
evaporates. Failure to do so can result in the
food being burned or damage to the cookware
or heat source.
• Use a low heat, especially when cooking with
very little water.
• Do not knock spoons or other kitchen gadgets
against the pouring rim.
• Please note that the handles can become hot.
Use pan holders.
• Replace any damaged cookware.
Cleaning and care instructions
• After use, rinse with hot water as soon as possible.
• Soak stubborn food residue and gently remove
with a soft sponge or brush.
• To remove really stubborn food residue, boil a
little water and washing-up liquid in the wok.
• Please do not use steel wool or abrasive scour
-
ing agents.
• Woks made from Fusiontec material can be
cleaned in the dishwasher. However, this may
lead to discolouration of the surface, although
it does not impair the function. We therefore
recommend cleaning by hand.
• Dry the wok thoroughly before storing it.
• If you stack woks inside one another, you should
place a soft material in between to protect
them.
