This is extremely important with the fast
steam release and when holding under run-
ning water.
14. When using the fast steam release or hold-
ing under running water, always keep your
hands, head and body away from any risk
of danger. Otherwise you could scald your-
self on the steam that is released.
15. Before each use, check that the safety
mechanisms, valves and seals are all func-
tioning correctly. This is essential for ensur-
ing the safe operation of your appliance.

16. Do not use the pressure cooker to fry food
in oil under pressure. Improper use of the
pressure cooker may result in injury.
17. Do not interfere with the safety mech-
anisms unless carrying out the mainte-
nance activities described in the operating
instructions.
18. Regularly exchange the parts subject to
wear (see warranty declaration). Parts that
are visibly discoloured, cracked, show oth-
er signs of damage or do not fit correctly
must be replaced with WMF original spare
parts.
19. Only use WMF original spare parts. In par-
ticular, only use pots and lids for the same
model of the Perfect Fusiontec pressure
cooker.
20. Do not use the pressure cooker if it or parts
of it are damaged or deformed, or if their
function does not correspond with the de-
scription in the operating instructions. In
this case contact your nearest WMF dealer
or WMF Group GmbH.
