warranty. Provided that this model is still includ-
ed in the product range, the defective part will
be replaced by a part from the same model. If the
model is no longer included in the product range,
the defective part will be replaced with a similar
product within the current product range.
Legal warranty
The consumer‘s statutory rights against the seller
if the purchased product was not free of defects
at the time of transfer of risk are not affected by
this guarantee. During the warranty period, you
are entitled to the statutory warranty rights for
subsequent fulfilment, withdrawal, reduction and
compensation according to §§ 437 ff BGB (Ger-
man Civil Code) to the extent permitted by law.
Warranty exclusion
No guarantee is assumed for damages caused as
a result of the following:
• Cut and scratch marks of a purely visual nature
• Overheating
• Unsuitable and improper use
• Incorrect, inappropriate, improper or negli-
gent handling
• Non-compliance with these instructions for
use
• Improperly performed repairs
• The installation of spare parts that do not
correspond with the original design.
