  If your WOERNER Water Pump isn't delivering lubricant, several issues could be the cause. First, check the drive motor by inspecting the electrical connections, voltage, fuse, and the motor itself. Also, ensure the reservoir is filled with lubricant. Air in the lubricant lines can also cause this issue, so fill the lines with lubricant. Other potential causes include using an unsuited lubricant (in which case, exchange the lubricant), a leaking line system (seal the leak), a blocked pump unit (have it repaired), or a failed pump element (exchange it).

  If the 'Monitoring empty' function isn't responding in your WOERNER Water Pump, the lubricant might not be compatible with the monitoring system. Verify that the monitoring device is appropriate for the lubricant being used (level control "C1", "C2", "F/K" for grease, level control "F" for oil). Also, check the electrical connection to the monitoring device to ensure it's properly connected.
