CAUTION !

¾ Note the mains voltage.
¾ The voltage of the current
source must match
the information on the
identication plate of the
device.
Note
The power pack becomes hot
during operation.
Charging (Fig. A)
Î Plug the charger into a suitable socket

3 The LED goes red.
Î Plug the power pack into the charger
A2.
3 Charging starts and the LED goes
green.
Note
After approximately 90 minutes
the power pack is 80% charged
and after about 110 minutes it is
fully charged.
LED charge state indicator
LED status Meaning
Steady red
Mains voltage con-
nected.
Flashes green Charging.
Steady green Charging completed.
Quick ashing red
Power pack possibly
defective. Arrange for
testing of the power
pack by a specialist
workshop.
Slow ashing red
Power pack too hot or
too cold. Charging starts
automatically if the
operating temperature is
correct.
Steady red
Power pack is not
charging. Power pack is
not correctly inserted or
the contacts are dirty.
Note
To protect the power pack and
ensure a long service life, the
charger switches off as soon as
the power pack is fully charged.
Note
¾ Store the power pack and charger
separately.
