Fault Possible cause Remedy
Does not charge
(steady red light).
The contacts are dirty. Clean the contacts.
The power pack is not correctly
inserted.
Insert the power pack correctly
in the charger.
The fuse at the mains connection
has blown/is defective.
Contact an electrician to arrange
its repair.
Fault
(red ashing light).
The battery temperature is outside
the range 5 °C - 45 °C.
Allow the power pack to cool or
heat up.
The power pack is defective. Replace the power pack.
Servicing / Care
WARNING !
Risk of injuries or material
damage.
¾ Before any work on the
device, switch off and
remove the power pack.
¾ Pull out the mains plug.
¾ Do not open the device.
¾ Servicing and repair must
only be performed by a
specialist.
Î Keep the charger clean and dry.
Î Clean the contacts and ventilation slits
of the charger pack with a soft dry cloth
or if it is heavily soiled use a brush.

Warranty
The warranty conditions of our local
company or importer apply in all coun-
tries. Under the terms of the warranty we
will repair faults on your lawnmower free
of charge, insofar as material or manufac-
turing defects are the cause. To make a
claim under warranty please contact your
seller or your nearest branch.

Disposal
Electrical tools, accessories and packag-
ing must be routed into an environmen-
tally compatible recycling chain.
For EU countries only:
Do not throw power tools away
with your domestic waste!
According to European Direc-
tive 2012/19/EU on Waste
Electrical and Electronic Equipment and
its implementation in national law, irrepa-
rable or non-serviceable power tools must
be collected separately and routed into
an environmentally compatible recycling
chain.
