SERVICE
INFORMATION
IMPORTANT NOTE: If the ventilation
hood does not operate properly,
follow these troubleshooting steps:
• Verify that power is being supplied
to the ventilation hood.
• Check the electrical connections to
ensure that the installation has been
completed correctly.
• If the ventilation hood still does not
work, contact an authorized Wolf
service company. Do not attempt to
repair the appliance yourself. Wolf is
not responsible for service required to
correct a faulty installation.
• To obtain the name and number of
a Wolf authorized service company,
call Wolf Customer Service at (800)
332-9513 or check our website;
www.wolfappliance.com.
• When calling for service, you will
need the ventilation hood model and
serial numbers. Both numbers are list-
ed on the rating plate.
BLOWERS
IMPORTANT NOTE: Please refer to
installation information and rating
information provided with all
accessories and blower options for
further details.
• 801640 – 600 CFM external
blower. For use with Wolf chimney
wall hoods or island hood.
• 801641 – 900 CFM external
blower. For use with Wolf chimney
wall hoods or island hood.
• 801642 – 1200 CFM external
blower. For use with Wolf chimney
wall hoods or island hood.
NOTE: All external blowers will
require transition to 10-inch round at
blower. Transition available from your
Wolf dealer.
• 801643 – 450 CFM internal blower.
For use with Wolf 30-inch chimney
wall hood.
• 801644 – 600 CFM internal blower.
For use with Wolf 36-inch chimney
wall hood or island hood.
• 801645 – 900 CFM internal blower.
For use with Wolf 36-inch chimney
wall hood or island hood.
NOTE: All internal blowers will
require roof or wall caps. Caps are
available from most major hardware
stores or HVAC supplier.
WALL SHIELDS
• 801633 – 30-inch Wall shield,
available in stainless steel.
• 801634 – 36-inch Wall shield,
available in stainless steel.
FLUE EXTENSIONS
• 801636 – Flue extension. For use
with Wolf chimney wall hoods. This
allows you to increase the height of
your chimney wall mount hood to
accommodate 10-foot ceilings.
• 801639 – Flue extension. For use
with Wolf chimney island hood. This
allows you to increase the height of
your island hood to accommodate
10-foot ceilings.
