IMPORTANT NOTE: Read all
instructions before using this
applia nce.
Read this use & care information
carefully before using your new dual
fuel range to reduce the r isk of fire,
electric shock or injury to persons.
Ensure proper insta llatio n and serv-
icing. This appliance must be
properly installed and grounded by
a qualifi ed technicia n.
Have your installer show you where
the fuse or junction box is loc ated in
your home. Learn how and where to
turn off the electric
ity to the oven.
Do not use aluminum foil to line any
part of the range or oven cavity.
Always use dry pot h olders when
removing pans f rom the oven or
range. Wet or damp pot holders can
cause steam burns. Do not us e a
towel or bulky cloth in place of pot
holders.
Do not use the appliance to warm or
heat the room.
Do not repair or replace any part of
the range unless specifically recom-
mended in literature accomp anying
this appliance. All service should be
referred to a qualified technic
ian.
Never leave the range unattended
when in use. After cooking is
completed and all the food is
removed from the grill, leave the
burner opera ting for 10 minutes to
allow for any residue to be removed
from the infra red surface.
Cooking range to be installed only
on the floor.
Where this appliance is installed in
marine craft or in caravans, it shall
NOT be used as a space heater.
Before using self- clean mode,
remove the broiler grill and pan,
oven racks, oven rack guides and
any other utensils.
Clean only those parts listed in this
book.
Cooling fan should be operating
during the self-cl ean mode. If you
notice that the cooling fan is not
operating, contact a Wolf dealer
before using self-clean mode again.
The cooling fan will turn on auto-
matically about 10 minutes after
self-clean mode is initiate d.
Do not use commercial oven
cleaners or ove n liner
protective
coatings on any part of the oven.
Do not use abrasive or cau stic
cleaners or detergents on this appli-
ance as t hese may cause permanent
damage. Do not use ae rosol
cleaners as the se may be flammable
or cause corrosion of metal parts.
Do not clean the oven gasket,
because rubbing or moving the
gasket may eliminate the required
tight door seal.
Do not touch heating elements or
interior surfaces of oven. During use
the appliance becomes hot. Care
should be taken to avoid
touching
heating elements inside the oven.
Warning: Accessible parts may
become hot during use. To avoid
burns young children should be kept
away.

Do not us e or store flammab le mate-
rials in the appliance storage drawer
or near this appliance.
Do not le ave children alon e or unat-
tended in the area where the ra nge
is in use. Never allow child ren to sit
or stand on any part of the range. Do
not let children play with the range
or oven.
Never allow p ersons (including
children) with reduced physical
sensory or mental capabilities, or
lack of experience and knowledge to
operate the range, u
nless they have
been given supervision or instruc-
tion concerning use of the appliance
by a pers on responsible for their
safety.
Do not store items of interest to
children above or at the back o f the
range, as they could climb on t he
appliance to reach items and b e
injured.
Do not us e water on grease fires.
Smother any flames with a lid,
baking sheet or metal tray. Flaming
grease can be extinguished with
baking soda or a multipurpose
chemical or foam extinguisher.
Do not heat unop
ened food contain-
ers as they could burst and cause
injury.
Do not store combusti ble, flamma-
ble or explosiv e materials near
burners, oven o r adjacent cabinets
or let grease or other flammable
substances accumulate on th e range
Do not sp ray aerosols in the vicin ity
of this applian ce while it is in opera-
tion.
Do not mo dify this appliance.

Use the oven only for cooking tasks
expected of a home oven as outlined
in this book.
Always properly clean and maintain
the oven as recommended in this
book.
Exercise caution when opening the
oven door. Let hot air or steam
escape before looking or reaching
into the oven.
Be sure that the oven cool air intake
(located above the door) and the
oven exhaust vent (located below
the door) are unobstructed at all
times.
Positi on oven racks in des ired loca-
tions when the o
ven is co ol. If a rack
must be reposit ioned after the oven
is already hot, be certain the pot
holder does not contact a hot
heating element in the oven.
DO NOT place any cookware on
oven floor or use aluminum foil
or other material to line the oven
floor or side walls . Failure to
adhere to this notic e will damage
the porcelain and will void your
warranty.
