What to do if Wood master Heating System furnace is not heating?
    • G
      Guy SandersJul 26, 2025
If your Wood master Heating System furnace isn't heating, start by checking the fire. Then, inspect the pump and ensure it's running; if not, cut off the power and examine it. Verify the water level and check for system leaks if it's low. Look for creosote buildup in the chimney, as a reduced opening can hinder proper burning. Also, check the Fan Draft and Draft Flapper to ensure correct operation. Confirm the Fan Switch on the ETC is ON, unless you're filling or cleaning. Finally, if the water temperature is 120° or lower, press the Set Button on the ETC System to restart Heating Mode.

Why my Wood master Heating System furnace boils?
    • W
      williamolsonAug 11, 2025
If your Wood master Heating System furnace boils, first check that the fire door is properly closed and that the fire door rope (the fire-resistant gasket) creates a tight seal. Ensure the air intake on the fire door closes tightly. In warm weather, reduce the amount of wood used. Inspect the Auger Head for air leaks and confirm the Ash Auger Head Discharge Door is closed. Make sure to remove air from the system and check the water level to ensure the furnace is full.
