Fence Assembly

Assemble Fence Bases and End Blocks

Connect the two fence bases and two end blocks using four 3/4" screws and four barrel nuts.

Attach Dust Port Blocks

Mount the dust port blocks to the base assembly using two 3/4" screws and two barrel nuts.

Attach Dust Port and Plate

Connect the dust port and plate to the dust port blocks using two 3/4" screws and two barrel nuts.

Secure Aluminum Fence

Insert 5/8" screws through the fence base and secure with oval nuts and the aluminum fence.

Install Guard Insert

Insert a 1" screw through the guard insert and oval nut into the aluminum fence T-slot.

Mount T-Bolts and Spacers

Install T-bolts, spacers, and knobs onto the aluminum fence for attaching fence faces.

Attach Fence Faces

Slide fence faces onto T-bolts, ensuring alignment, and tighten knobs.

Apply Tapes and Guard

Attach fence tapes and the guard to the guard insert using thumb screws.

Using the Fence

Zero Clearance Fence Setup

Adjust the infeed fence to create a zero clearance fence for chip breaking.

Offsetting Fence for Jointing

Use shims between the fence face and aluminum fence for jointing operations.
