Relays
Some Digital Reference Units are equipped with three relays for use by the
system operator. The relay contacts are 5 A resistive at 30 Vdc, or 2 A resistive
at 115 Vac.
External Reference
The Digital Reference Unit will provide ramp-speed setting for EPG and 2500
controls by connecting the external reference from these controls to terminal 7 on
the reference unit, and then connecting the output from the reference unit to the
speed-setting connections on the speed control. Terminals 8 and 9 on the
reference unit must be jumpered to allow the external reference feature to
function.
