NOTE: When removing the power cord from the electrical outlet, grasp the plug,
not the cord.
Do not continue to use this appliance if it appears to be faulty or the power cable is damaged.

to operate properly. Contact an authorised service agent if the problem persists.
PROBLEM CAUSE REMEDY
Motor does not start or
stops.
No power supply. Check cable, plug and
socket. If still inoperative
see service agent.
Suction force is gradually
decreasing.
Canister is full, suction hose
is blocked or dirty lters.
Disconnect cleaner
from power then empty
canister. Remove objects
from hose, replace lters.
