  If the mower doesn’t run when the Switch Safety Lever is activated, check to make sure that the Safety Key has been installed and is fully seated and that the button on the switch housing is being completely pushed. If that doesn't work, release the Switch Lever to turn the mower off, remove the Safety Key, turn the mower over, and check that the blade is free to turn. If it is not free, return it to an authorized servicer.

  If the mower is not picking up clippings with the bag, remove the mulch plate when bagging. Check if the chute is clogged; if so, release the Switch Lever to turn the mower off, remove the Safety Key, and clear the chute of grass clippings. If there is too much cut grass, raise the cutting height of the wheels to shorten the length of the cut. Also, ensure the bag is not full and empty it more often if needed.

  If the motor stops while mowing: Release the Switch Lever to turn the mower off, remove the Safety Key, turn the mower over and check that the blade is free to turn. If it is not free, return it to an authorized servicer. You may also need to raise the cutting height of the wheels to the highest position and start the mower. Ensure the Battery Pack has been fully charged by plugging in the charger and waiting for the Charged Indicator Light to come on. Avoid overloading the mower by slowing down the cutting pace or raising the cut height, or both.

  If your Worx lawn mower is abnormally noisy and vibrates, release the Switch Lever to turn the mower off and remove the Safety Key. Then, turn the mower on its side and check the blade to ensure it has not been bent or damaged. If the blade is damaged, replace it. If there is no visible damage to the blade and the mower still vibrates, release the Switch Lever to turn the mower off, remove the Safety Key, and remove the blade. Rotate the blade 180 degrees and retighten. If the mower still vibrates, return it to an authorized service center.
