Why is my Worx WG788 Lawn Mower not running when I activate the switch lever?

If your Worx Lawn Mower doesn’t run when the switch lever is activated, consider the following: * Check that the safety key is correctly installed and fully seated, and that the button on the switch housing is being completely pushed. * Release the switch lever to turn the mower off, remove the safety key, turn the mower over, and ensure the blade is free to turn. Remove any obstructions. If the blade is not free, return it to an authorized service center. The blade should turn freely. * Verify the battery is fully charged by plugging in the charger and waiting for the green light to illuminate.
