1 General/Safety
1.1 Diesel Fuel Safety
Warning
Diesel is extremely flammable and is explosive under certain conditions. Work in a well-ventilated area with
the engine stopped. Do not smoke or allow flames or sparks in your working area or where diesel is stored.
Warning
If the engine must be running to perform maintenance, make sure your workspace is well ventilated. Never
run the Engine in an enclosed space. The exhaust contains poisonous carbon monoxide gas that may cause
loss of consciousness and lead to death.

defects, and other reproductive harm.
