tions on the rating plate. 230 V battery chargers can
also be operated at 220 V.
❏ The battery charger is only suitable for charging
NTC batteries from the Würth range of tools with volta-
ges between 7.2 and 14.4 V.
❏ Use only genuine accessories.
Always inspect the plug and cable be-
fore use. If damaged, they must be re-
placed by a qualified professional.
❏ Charge only WÜRTH batteries and use only
genuine accessories.
❏ Keep the battery charger slot free of foreign ob-

Initial Operation
The charging process begins as soon as the mains
plug is inserted into the power supply socket and the
battery is placed into battery charger slot ➋. The char-
ging process is indicated by green light ➊.
The ”intelligent” battery charger recognises the char-
ged condition of the battery and switches a fully char-
ged battery immediately to trickle charging. By means
of this charging process, the battery is protected and
always fully charged.
Rapid charging is only possible when the temper-
ature of the battery is between 0 °C and 50 °C.
A new battery-operated tool or one which has not
been used for an extended period achieves full perfor-
mance only after five charging and discharging cycles.
A substantial drop in operating period per charge in-
dicates that the battery must be replaced.
Flashing green light
Rapid charging operates until the battery is fully
recharged. The battery charger then automatical-
ly switches to trickle charging.
