4 Cheek pad assembly (Fig. 4)
4.1 Put the hard plastic flap between the cheek pad and the shell.
4.2 Make sure that the cheek pad is in the correct position so that all the snap buttons are
in line with their housings.
4.3 Insert the hard flap all the way into the groove under the base edge and hook the four
buttons.
Attention: the buttons are not hooked until a click is heard.
4.4 Check that the strap comes out properly from the cheek padding.
4.5 Repeat steps 4.1 to 4.4 on the other side of the cheek pad.
ATTENTION!!!
- If your helmet is equipped with the D-Ring retention system, pull it down as indicated
in the attached D-Ring label.
- Take out the inner padding only to clean and wash it.
- Never use your helmet without having correctly and completely replaced the inner
comfort padding as well as the cheek pads.
- Wash gently by hand, with mild soap andlukewarm (max 30°C) water only.
- Rinse in cold water and let dry at room temperature, away from direct sunlight.
- Do not machine wash.
- Inner polystyrene is easily deformed to absorb impact energy bypartial alteration or
destruction.
- Wipe clean with a damp cloth, then let dry at room temperature, away fromdirect
sunlight.
- Never modify the inner components of the helmet polystyrene
- Never use any tools to carry out the above-described operations.

1 INNER VISOR ASSEMBLY
1.1 Remove the visor.
1.2 Make sure that the inner surface of the visor is clean and check that the external
levers for the pin adjustments are turned towards the inside (see photo 8).
1.3 Remove the protective film from the inner visor on the side in contact with the visor.
1.4 Rest one side of the inner visor onto one of the visor pins and hold it in position, see
Fig. 6.
1.5 Widen the visor and fasten the other side of the inner visor to the second pin, see
Fig. 7.
1.6 Release the visor.
1.7 Remove the second protective film from the inner visor and check that the inner visor
profile adheres to the visor.
1.8 Fix the visor onto the helmet.
CHECKING AND ADJUSTING THE INNER VISOR AIR DRAUGHT
Check for correct system fitting, by opening and closing the visor and check that both
visors are correctly fastened and do not move.
If the inner visor is not tightly fixed to the visor, move the external adjustment levers simul-
taneously upwards to increase the air draught (Fig. 8). This operation must be carried out
gradually. The maximum air draught is achieved when the external levers for the pin
adjustment are turned outwards.
