Changing the appearance of the display
The display (2) represents the individual equalizer bands and their settings. If no button is pu-
shed for some time, the display switches to the spectrum display. The level of the individual
bands is displayed in this mode.
› Press the DISPLAY/MEMORY button (10) in spectrum display mode until the desired display
presentation appears.
Control via the system remote control
Using the remote control supplied with the A-1000 HiFi Amplier you can switch the equalizer
o and on by pressing the POWER button on the remote control.
› To do so the POWER button (1) must be at the ON setting on the equalizer.

› Never plug the power plug into a mains socket immediately after the device was taken from a
cold to a warm environment. The condensation water created thereby may damage the device.
› Allow the device to reach room temperature before connecting it. Wait until the condensation
water has evaporated.
› Never pull the mains plug by pulling the cable from the socket. Always only use the thus pro-
vided grip area.
› Remove the mains plug from the electrical outlet if the device is not in use for a longer period
of time.
› For safety reasons always pull the mains plug from the socket during a thunderstorm.
› Do not listen to excessively loud music for long periods of time. This may damage your hearing.
