Viewing Supply Usage Information
The printer detects the status of certain supplies and consumables, such as ink, maintenance
kit, and the number of pages printed.
To view the status of supplies, use one of the following options:
■ The printer’s control panel
■ CentreWare IS
Using the Control Panel
To view supply status information on the control panel:
1. Select
Information, and then press the OK button.
2. Select
Supplies Info, and then press the OK button.
3. Select
Maintenance Kit Life or Total Print Count, and then press the OK button to view
information applicable to the item selected.
Using CentreWare IS
To view supply status information using CentreWare IS:
1. Launch your web browser.
2. Enter your printer’s IP address in the browser’s Address field.
3. Click Status, and then select one of the following options:
■ Click the General button to view page count information.
■ Click the Supplies button to view ink status and maintenance kit life information.
