XTOOL A80 Pro Replacement Instrustion
Something important to know:
This replacement guide is only for professional users. It may cause server
damages to the device without the guidance of professionals.
1.How to replace battery?
Step 1: Turn off the XTOOL A80 Pro tablet and make sure the tablet is power off
Step 2: Use screwdriver to loosen the screws (No.1~No.10) in the figure as below
to remove the tablet case
Note: there is a cable connected between the mainboard and right handle. Please be
careful to remove the handle.

Steps 1-3 are the same as the battery replacement operation.

Step 4: Loosen Screws and Disconnect Cables

Loosen screws (No.1-No.8) and disconnect cables (No.9-No.14).

Step 5: Remove Handle and Mainboard

Remove the handle and the failed mainboard for replacement.

Step 6: Install New Mainboard and Reconnect

Tighten screws to fix the mainboard and battery, connect all cables.

Step 7: Install Tablet Case

Install the tablet case and tighten screws to secure the assembly.

How to Replace Screen

Initial Steps Reference

Steps 1-3 are the same as the A80 Pro battery replacement.

Step 4: Loosen Screws and Disconnect Cables

Loosen screws (No.1-No.8) and disconnect mainboard cables (No.9-No.14).

Step 5: Loosen Screws and Remove Support

Loosen screws (No.1-No.8) and remove the screen support.

Step 6: Take Out and Install Screen

Take out the failed screen and install the new screen replacement.

Step 7: Install Screen Support

Install the screen support and tighten the screw to fix it.

Step 8: Install Mainboard Component

Install the mainboard component, tighten the screw, and connect all cables.

Step 9: Install Battery

Install the battery, tighten screws, and connect all cables.

Step 10: Reassemble Tablet Case

Install the tablet case and tighten the screws (No.1-No.10) to fix it.

Step 11: Power On Tablet

Press the power button to turn on the tablet and check its functionality.
