1Scope
The Xtralis VESDA LCD Programmer Product Guide contains comprehensive information about
the features, installation, and use of the LCD Programmer.
The LCD Programmer Product Guide is written for people who are involved in the design,
purchase, installation, commissioning, monitoring, maintenance, and management of an Xtralis
VESDA system.
2 Introduction to LCD Programmer
The LCD Programmer interfaces with most of the Xtralis VESDA family of products through
VESDAnet. The Xtralis VESDA VLC-500 (RO), System Relay Module and AOM cannot be
programmed using the LCD Programmer.
The programmer enables management and interrogation of Xtralis VESDA devices connected to
VESDAnet.
