No Acknowledgement Error
A ‘No Acknowledgement’ error will occur if the VLF with VN Card is not
communicating correctly on VESDAnet (Fault 2 or 9 condition should be
present). It will also occur if someone else is logged into the VLF using the
RS232 Serial connection while configuration is being changed via
VESDAnet, i.e. two people are logged into the VLF at the same time. This
error occurs because the person logged in via the RS232 Serial connection
gets priority.
For the LCD Programmer when this error occurs, you will see:
In the example shown, 4350357 is the serial number of the device that failed,
and the message after that (relay response) is an example of the type of error
message that could be shown.
