Table 2. Parameter Values (Dash Display Software v3.02) (Continued)
Parameter Function Range Default
SPEED UNIT Sets the units of
measure for speed
values.
MPH / KPH MPH
TEMP UNIT Sets the units of
measure for temperature
values.
F / C F
NOTE: Certain lift truck models are not capable of operating at the Max range allowed by the Dash Display. If a parameter
value higher than the truck's ability is entered, the value will revert to the maximum allowed for that lift truck.
Parameter Descriptions
TOP SPEED FORWARD
This parameter setting determines top speed in the
forward direction. Acceleration rates are unaffected by
changing the top speed setting.
TOP SPEED REVERSE
This parameter setting determines the top speed of
the truck in the reverse direction. Acceleration rates
are unaffected by changing the top speed setting.
ACCEL MODE (1 − 4)
These parameters set the truck acceleration rates for
each performance mode and are expressed as a per-
centage of factory maximum. The truck will accelerate
at this rate regardless of the load on the forks, provi-
ded that the motor and control can deliver the re-
quired power. Higher number settings provide faster
acceleration rates. No mode can be set to a % which
is greater than the setting of the Mode above it.
No mode can be set to a % which is less than the set-
ting of the Mode below it.
AUTO DECELER
(Also known as Neutral / Release Braking)
Units are 0.1 seconds per count, where setting of 30
gives 3 seconds for motor to slow down by 100Hz.;
This parameter sets the maximum deceleration rate
when the Joystick is released.
PLUG DECEL
Units are 0.1 seconds per count, where setting of 10
gives 1 second for motor to slow down by 100Hz. This
parameter setting determines the maximum decelera-
tion rate when plugging (inversion of direction is de-
manded).
STEER CALIBRATION
Activating this parameter allows the controller to
“learn” the voltage setting of the steering feedback
system. The controller uses this information to control
the traction motors during turning operations.
LIFT ACCEL
Units are in 0.1 sec per count, where a setting of 3
gives 0.3 seconds for the hydraulic pump motor to ac-
celerate from 0% to 100%. This parameter deter-
mines the rate of increase of lifting.
MAX LIFT SPEED
This parameter setting determines the hydraulic pump
motor high speed. High speed is used for maximum
lift speed.
MAX LOWER SPEED
Units are in percent of 1.7 Amp, the max proportional
valve current, so a setting of 55 delivers approxi-
mately 0.93 Amp. This setting determines the maxi-
mum Lowering Speed.
