DESCRIPTION BEHAVIOR
Serial number mis-match between RH Traction
(master) and display.
Traction limited to Mode 1, lowering allowed.
Probable Causes and Test Procedures
1. Verify limited traction operation, by giving maximum throttle, and the truck is limited to Mode 1 speed.
YES- Proceed to step 2.
NO- Check for and troubleshoot other Traction codes present.
2. Is the Display operational and updating indicators?
YES- Proceed to step 3.
NO- Proceed to step 4.
3. Possible serial number mis-match:
a. Problem most likely occurs by swapping parts with another vehicle.
b. Does returning the original part to the truck resolve?
YES- Contact Resident Service Engineering through the Contact Management System for
replacement part with blank serial number.
NO- Proceed to step 4.
