DESCRIPTION BEHAVIOR
Electric brake coil driver is shorted or open cir-
cuit, always disengaged - (LH Node 4,
RH Node 3)
Truck regens to stop, and traction disabled once stop-
ped. Hydraulic functions are allowed.
Probable Causes and Test Procedures
5. Check for harness faults:
a. Check continuity from fuse 4 (wire 200) to Pin 3 of controller.
b. Check continuity from CPS24/26 Pin 1 to controller Pin 2.
c. Check continuity from CPS24/26 Pin 2 to controller Pin 4.
YES- Proceed to step 5d.
NO- Repair wire harness.
d. Check for B+ at harness e-brake connector CPS24 (or CPS26 depending on node).
YES- Brake at fault, replace brake.
NO- Internal fault of controller, contact Service Engineering.
