13. Lift up the main frame and open up the left arm, the right arm, and the snare arm.
14. Securely tighten the bolts on clamps q, w, and e.
15. Check all bolts and key bolts once again and ensure that they are tightly fastened.
CAUTION
Do not open up the rack’s left and right legs any more than shown in the figure below. Failure to observe
this precaution can lead to the rack toppling over and causing injury.
