Function Description:
The Yamaha TT-R110E and TT-R110EF are single-track motorcycles designed for off-road use only. They are equipped with a constant-mesh 4-speed transmission with a centrifugal, automatic clutch, allowing the operator to control engine power for starting, accelerating, climbing hills, and other riding conditions. The motorcycles feature both an electric starter and a kickstarter for engine ignition. A fuel cock controls fuel flow from the tank to the carburetor, with "ON," "OFF," and "RES" (reserve) positions. The main switch controls the ignition system, with "ON" and "OFF" positions. An engine stop switch is provided for emergency engine shutdown. The throttle grip controls engine speed, and a shift pedal allows for gear changes. Braking is managed by a front brake lever (right handlebar) and a rear brake pedal (right side of the motorcycle).

Usage Features:
The motorcycles are designed for a single operator, with a maximum rider weight of 60.0 kg (132 lb). They are not intended for use on public roads or for carrying passengers. Safe operation requires proper training and adherence to safety guidelines, including wearing an approved motorcycle helmet, eye protection, and protective clothing. The manual emphasizes the importance of pre-operation checks before each ride to ensure the vehicle is in safe operating condition. Starting a cold engine involves turning the fuel cock to "ON," the main switch to "ON," setting the engine stop switch to "O," shifting to neutral, turning on the starter (choke), closing the throttle, and then using the start switch or kickstarter. For a warm engine, the choke is not required. The engine break-in period is critical during the first 5 hours of riding, requiring careful operation to avoid excessive load and overheating. Parking should be done in a safe location, away from pedestrians, children, and flammable materials, and not on slopes or soft ground.
Maintenance Features:

- Swingarm pivot bearings: Checking for looseness, repacking with lithium-soap-based grease.

- Steering bearings: Checking bearing assemblies for looseness, repacking with lithium-soap-based grease.
- Chassis fasteners: Checking and tightening.
- Brake lever/pedal pivot shaft: Applying lithium-soap-based grease.
- Sidestand pivot: Applying lithium-soap-based grease.
- Front fork: Checking operation and for oil leakage, replacing if necessary.
- Shock absorber assembly: Checking operation and for oil leakage, replacing if necessary. Contains highly pressurized nitrogen gas; tampering is dangerous.
- Control cables: Checking operation, lubricating.
- Throttle grip: Checking operation, adjusting free play, lubricating grip and cable housing.
- Battery: Checking coupler, ensuring secure fastening. VRLA (Valve Regulated Lead Acid) battery, no need to check electrolyte or add distilled water.
- Fuse: Replacing if blown.
The manual also provides instructions for removing and installing panels, supporting the motorcycle for maintenance, and troubleshooting common issues. Special care instructions are given for matte color surfaces and for cleaning the motorcycle, especially after riding in rain or near the sea.
