This snow thrower was partially assembled at the factory. To assemble your machine follow the below instructions.
ASSEMBLY
DISCHARGE CHUTE
WHEELS
1. Slide the wheel bushing, the wheel with the smooth sides
facing out, and the washer onto the axle.
2. Install the snap ring to secure the wheel assembly.
3. Push the wheel cover into the wheel hole.
4. Follow the steps 1-3 to assemble the other wheel.

1. Align the screw holes and the pin holes with the plastic studs in
the chute base with the holes in the lower chute.
2. Secure with the self-tapping screws on the front, or open side,
of the chute and the backside rst.
3. Slide the chute handle over the chute and secure both sides
with the remaining two screws.
Do not overtighten the screws; otherwise you may
damage the discharge chute and prevent it from
turning freely.
