Step Item Details
8
Set the pulse frequency and
pulse width.
Use the knob ⑤ to set the pulse frequency.
The inner side is “Low Pulse,” and the outer side
is “Middle Pulses.”
The pulse frequency is 1/T (second) (Hz).
Then set the pulse width Tp by the knob ⑥.
The pulse width is Tp/T× 100 in the units of
percentage (%).
9
Set the after-flow time.
Use the knob ⑦ to set the after-flow time after
completion of welding according to the used electrode.
*1. Never use cistern water or industrial-use water for cooling water since it may result in
malfunction or burning.
*2. If torch selector switch ⑬ is set to Air Cooling when the water cooled torch is used, the
torch will burn when cooling water is cut off or failed to be poured.
When step1 to 10 have been finished, the preparation has been completed.
