Verify that the robot's Charging Contacts are properly connected to the Docking Station Pins. 3. Confirm that the Power Cord is firmly connected to the Docking Station. 4. If the battery is completely discharged, try to re-activate it by switching ON, placing the robot on the Docking Station by hand for 3 minutes, removing it, and repeating this process 3 times before charging normally. 5. Make sure the Docking Station is connected to the power supply.

  If the water is not coming out of the Reservoir when your yeedi Vacuum Cleaner is mopping, check the following: * The water inlet filter on the bottom of the Reservoir might be clogged. Unscrew the water inlet and clean the filter. * The Reservoir may be out of water. Add water into the Reservoir. * The water outlets on the bottom of the Robot may be clogged. Check the water outlets and clean them.
