Why is my YMGI WMMS-09K-V2A/B(58) 2 Air Conditioner system showing high pressure?
    • R
      richardcolonAug 19, 2025
The YMGI Air Conditioner may show a high-pressure error due to several reasons: the refrigerant level might be too high, the unit might not be exchanging heat effectively because the heat exchanger is dirty, the unit's radiating ambient is poor, or the ambient temperature is too high. When this happens during cooling or dehumidifying, the compressor and outdoor fan motor will stop, but the indoor fan motor will continue to run.

Why is my YMGI Air Conditioner showing anti-freezing protection?
    • D
      Debbie PerezAug 21, 2025
Your YMGI Air Conditioner might be showing an anti-freezing protection error because of poor indoor unit air return, abnormal indoor fan motor speed, or a dirty evaporator filter. When this occurs during cooling or dehumidifying, the compressor and outdoor fan motor will stop, but the indoor fan motor will continue to run.

Why does my YMGI WMMS-09K-V2A/B(58) 2 have a four-way valve abnormal?
    • P
      paulwaltonAug 23, 2025
A four-way valve abnormality in your YMGI Air Conditioner can be caused by a power supply voltage lower than AC175V, a loose or broken wire terminal on the 4V, or a damaged 4V. This issue only occurs in heating mode, and when it happens, the entire unit will stop running.

What to do if my YMGI WMMS-09K-V2A/B(58) 2 Air Conditioner has low DC Bus voltage protection?
    • T
      Thomas CunninghamAug 26, 2025
If your YMGI Air Conditioner shows low DC Bus voltage protection, first check if the input voltage is lower than 150VAC. If it is, restart the machine when the power supply returns to normal. Also, check the reactor L connection.
