What to do if my Yolink Power Strip is offline?

If your Yolink Power Strip is offline, it could be due to several reasons. First, ensure your hub is connected to the Internet; if it isn't, reconnect it and then press the power button on the power strip once. Another reason may be that the hub is powered off. In this case, power on the hub and then press the power button on the power strip. Also, make sure that the power strip itself is powered on. If none of these steps work, the product may be defective, and you should contact customer service.
